Warranty
Your laminator is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. In the event of a manufacturer's defect in materials or workmanship, Laminators Specialties, Inc. will repair the laminator. Please call into our technical support at 951-225-4180.
Laminators Specialties, Inc. makes no other warranty stated or implied except as stated above. This warranty does not cover damage to the machine that occurs as a result of misuse or improper handling, or damage to prints.
Return Policy
If your laminator is not operating properly, first review the operating instructions and the troubleshooting guide. If the malfunction cannot be corrected, contact your dealer for instructions. If the laminator must be returned to the dealer, you must call in and speak to a technician. Be sure to have your machine serial number and date of purchase handy.
We have a 30 day return policy, if a return is needed after 30 days it must be approved by a Laminators Specialties technician. A restock fee of 20% will be added to any return. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that it is shipped back in original packaging. Failure to do this will void all warranties, and you will be responsible for any damage to the machine. If you do not have the original packaging please contact your dealer to purchase it at an additional charge. All freight charges to ship the machine back are your responsibility. Shipping damage as a result of improper packaging is not covered under the terms of this warranty and will result in charges for repairs that must be made.
Customer should be completely aware that Laminators Specialties will repair any manufacturers defect, but if the machine comes back and it is a customer error (i.e. wrap-around or abuse), the customer will be responsible for the cost of any parts and labor. The customer is responsible for freight to Laminators Specialties. If it is a manufacturer’s defect, Laminators Specialties will ship the machine back to the customer at no cost. If it is a customer issue then the customer will be responsible for the freight back to them.
